Shipping 

Once ordered, we will ship your parcel as soon as possible. Please allow up to seven days for your PUCCI delivery, unless otherwise communicated. Free delivery on all local (within South Africa) orders of R450 or more. If your order is less than R450, a R80 delivery fee will be applied on checkout.  

Should you need any assistance with selecting a product, deciding on a size. or have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We're always happy to help. 

If you would like to return your purchase, you should post it back to us. Delivery can be requested within 30 days after your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if and where applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
